Privacy Policy

BioTrackr is an invite-only, hosted service. This policy covers our marketing site (biotrackr.net) and the BioTrackr application (app.biotrackr.net). Questions? Email [email protected].

• Account information — the email and password you register with, and basic profile details you add.
• Health and device data you choose to connect — readings synced from services you authorize (Whoop, Oura, your smart scale, Apple Health, and blood-pressure readings), such as recovery, sleep, HRV, heart rate, body composition, and blood pressure.
• Protocol and treatment data you enter — the compounds, doses, schedules, inventory, and notes you record.
• Content you add — research sources, links, and any text you paste (for example, a written plan you ask the app to analyze).
• Operational data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service (for example, sign-in and error logs).

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not run third-party trackers — no Google Analytics, no session recorders, no advertising pixels (verified by code audit).
• We do not show you ads or build advertising profiles.
• We do not share your personal health data with anyone except the providers you explicitly connect, and only to make the features you asked for work.

We use your data only to provide the service: to sync and display your metrics, run the treatment planner and adherence tracking, generate the features you request, send the reminders you set up, and keep your account secure. We do not use your health data for any purpose you didn’t ask for.

When you connect a device or service, you authorize us to fetch your data from it on your behalf. The providers you may connect include Whoop, Oura, your smart-scale account, and Apple Health (via a Shortcut you run on your own iPhone). We only access what’s needed to show your data in BioTrackr, and you can disconnect any source at any time.

A few other processors help us operate:

• AI features — when you use an AI feature (such as written-plan analysis), we send only the relevant text or metrics to our AI provider to perform that task. That content is not used to train models and is not sold or shared further.
• Telegram — only if you choose to link it for reminders. A partner or carer you invite receives dose reminders only, never your health data.
• Email delivery — to send account emails such as verification and password resets.
• Payments — when subscriptions are enabled, billing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Your data is stored in the application’s own database on our servers — not in a third-party analytics cloud. Access is protected by your password, and the site and app are served over encrypted HTTPS. We restrict access to production data to what’s necessary to operate and support the service.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data from our active systems, except where we’re required to keep limited records (for example, billing records) for legal reasons.

• Access and export the data you’ve stored in BioTrackr.
• Correct or update your information in the app.
• Disconnect any device or service at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.

BioTrackr is a tracking and planning tool for informed adults. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health and any protocol.

BioTrackr is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
