Terms of Service

BioTrackr is a private dashboard that lets you sync data from devices and services you own, plan and track your own health protocols, and view your metrics over time. It is currently offered as an invite-only closed beta.

BioTrackr is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Everything in the app — including any AI-generated schedules, summaries, or notes — is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any protocol, medication, or supplement. You are solely responsible for your health decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BioTrackr. The service is intended for informed adults who manage their own health protocols.

BioTrackr is an invite-based closed beta. Accounts are approved individually, and we may add, change, or remove features as the product develops. We may limit or end beta access at our discretion.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you won’t:

• Break the law or use BioTrackr for anything illegal.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
• Upload malware or use the service to harm others.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our permission.

You keep ownership of the data and content you put into BioTrackr. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can operate the service for you. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Where a free trial is offered, it runs for the stated period and, unless you cancel before it ends, converts into a paid subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on our Pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The BioTrackr software, design, and content (excluding your own data) belong to us and our licensors. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data, calculation, or AI output is accurate or complete. You use the service, and rely on its outputs, at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioTrackr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using BioTrackr and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on closure is covered by the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use BioTrackr after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
