Refund Policy

New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to begin the closed beta. If you don’t want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No hard feelings and no lengthy process — just email us.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the contact details on the receipt from our payment provider. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancelling on its own doesn’t issue a refund for the current period — request one under the guarantee above if you’re within the window.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You’ll be billed at the start of each period at the price shown on our Pricing page.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are handled through that provider in line with this policy. Note that payment-processing fees may be non-refundable to us, but this does not reduce the refund you receive.
